Project Overview
Elouera Constructions was awarded the car park expansion upgrade works at Mt Druitt ACFC in NSW, delivered as part of a Department of Communities and Justice project.
The project involved the design and construction of a technically detailed OSD tank, along with associated civil works required to improve the functionality, drainage performance and usability of the car park area.
Design & Technical Coordination
The OSD tank component required careful planning, design coordination and a high level of trade skill throughout each stage of construction. Elouera Constructions worked closely with engineers and architects to develop the design and support the successful delivery of the project.
The technical nature of the build required strong attention to detail, particularly around levels, drainage, concrete works and integration with the existing site conditions.
Civil Works
The scope of works included the design and construction of the OSD tank, new concrete kerb and guttering, line marking, and construction of a new waste bin enclosure.
These works helped improve the overall layout, function and management of the car park area, while supporting better site operations and long-term usability.
Delivery & Outcome
To minimise disruption to the centre, Elouera Constructions completed the works out of hours, allowing the site to continue operating with reduced impact on staff, visitors and daily activities.
