Alex Ball
Managing Director
Alex Ball is the Managing Director of Elouera Constructions, bringing more than 20 years of hands-on experience across the commercial construction and building industry.
Across a two-decade career spanning multiple trades, Alex has developed a broad practical foundation across metal engineering, marine technology, carpentry, site supervision and wider building delivery. This multi-trade background gives him a strong understanding of how projects come together on site, allowing him to anticipate challenges early, protect quality and keep works moving safely and efficiently.
As Managing Director, Alex oversees the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of works across Elouera’s commercial, government, civil and heritage project portfolio. His approach is grounded in craftsmanship, attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job properly the first time.
Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Building and Construction
- Certificate III in Carpentry
- Site Supervisor Licence
- Certificate III in Metal Engineering
- Certificate III in Marine Technology

Emily Ball
Director
Emily Ball is a Director of Elouera Constructions, bringing experience across civil construction, facilities management, environmental work and project administration.
With a background spanning both administrative and on-site HSE roles, Emily has practical experience supporting safety systems, WHS procedures, site coordination and project documentation. Her project exposure includes major infrastructure environments such as the Nowra Bridge Project and M4 roadworks, giving her an understanding of the standards, processes and coordination required on active construction sites.
Emily’s facilities management experience includes work connected with Defence and NSW Public Works. As Director, she supports Elouera Constructions across business operations, safety, administration and project coordination while continuing to develop her skills and experience as the company grows.

- Experience across civil construction, facilities management and environmental work
- Practical exposure to HSE, WHS procedures and site safety systems
- Currently furthering studies in environmental management
