Removal of existing flooring and installation of new hybrid timber flooring throughout.
Demolition and complete rebuild of two bathrooms with new waterproofing and tiling.
Installation of new vanities, showers, toilets, and upgraded LED lighting.
Installation of new internal doors and full internal repainting.
External works including remediation of a leaning boundary fence and removal of trees.
