Elouera Constructions was engaged to deliver a full-floor commercial office fitout at 2–10 Wentworth Street in Parramatta, NSW, as part of a Department of Communities and Justice project.
The project involved the transformation of an existing 1,000m² office floor, replacing outdated fixtures and finishes with a modern, functional and professional workplace environment. The works began with a complete strip-out of the existing office space, preparing the floor for a full internal upgrade.
The scope included the management and installation of new floor coverings with detailed patterns and transitions, custom acoustic wall panelling, partition walls, viewing windows, painting works, electrical upgrades, workstation improvements, skirting, furniture, new kitchens, and cabinetry throughout the space.
Delivered over a three-week program, the project required careful coordination across multiple trades to achieve a high-quality result within a tight timeframe. The completed fitout provided the client with a refreshed, practical and visually refined workspace designed to better support day-to-day office operations.
