Elouera Constructions was engaged to deliver the design and construction of a heavy-duty concrete slab and materials shelter for Jemena Energy in Cardiff, NSW.
The project involved creating a durable external hardstand area suitable for the storage and movement of heavy trucks, skip bins and associated equipment. The slab was designed to support demanding industrial use, with a strong focus on long-term performance, structural integrity and suitability for harsh operating conditions.
Working closely with the project engineering team, Elouera Constructions helped develop a practical and robust solution tailored to the site’s operational requirements. The completed works included earthworks, preparation, formwork, reinforcement, concreting and finishing, all delivered with attention to safety, quality and durability.
The project also included the construction of a shelter to support the storage and protection of materials on site. All works were carried out in-house by qualified trades, allowing for strong quality control and efficient coordination throughout the project.
Because the works were delivered within a live operational environment, careful planning and site safety management were essential. The team coordinated the works to minimise disruption while maintaining safe access and a controlled work area.
